Statement Analyzer gives you multiple convenient ways of accessing the functionality in the program, including the navigation bar, the menu bar, and the action menu.

The menu bar is the row of menus that always appears in the upper-right corner of the Statement Analyzer window, regardless of which page you're on; the action menu is available in various places by clicking the action menu button that appears in section title bars or by right-clicking in certain places.

Note: Your security rights determine which features in Advisor are available to you. For example, if your rights do not include the right to create (write) any type of record, you will not see the Create menu in Statement Analyzer.

The menu bar is always on-screen no matter where you are in the Statement Analyzer program.

The following convention is used in this documentation when instructing you to choose a menu option: [menu] > [option]. For example: Settings > Setup and Administration means that you should click Settings to display its menu options, and then click Setup and Administration.

Action Menu (Key Functions)

Most sections in Statement Analyzer feature an action menu button in the upper-right corner: . You can also access the action menu by right-clicking (that is, clicking your secondary mouse button, which is usually the right button) in some locations.

When you hover over (or click) the action menu button or right-click a record in some locations, a menu appears, featuring key functions that are appropriate to the context.

Note: If you want the action menu options (or drop-down list) to remain visible and now close when you move your cursor away, click the Alt key. The option list is unfrozen once you click a selection or if you click anywhere else within the Statement Analyzer window. This feature works much the same as the Pin button on a flyout pane.
